• Team of maximum 3 members is allowed.
• PAPER FORMAT: 

1. Format : IEEE.
2. Font Size : Title-14pts & subtitle-12pts,Caps & Text-12pts.
3. Maximum of Pages : 8.
4. Paper Size : A4.
5. Spacing : 1.5 Lines.
6. File type : MS Word(doc)2003,07.

• Selected papers will be displayed on website and also intimated through e-mail.
• The selected teams have to bring a soft copy of paper in CD or pen drive and 1 hard copies of paper on the day of presentation of paper.
• Each team will be given 8 minutes for presentation and an additional 2 minutes for queries.
