It is indeed heartening that our students have come forward to
organize , TECHFLASH2K11  an event provide an ideal platform to all young
aspirants to put forward their innovative ideas and their talents.The
programme is so designed to bring inner talents hidden in master minds.
Also the students have planned to organize co-circcular activities for the
refershment of young gun’s.

PAPER PRESENTATIONS

• Team of maximum 3 members is allowed.
• PAPER FORMAT: 

1. Format : IEEE.
2. Font Size : Title-14pts & subtitle-12pts,Caps & Text-12pts.
3. Maximum of Pages : 8.
4. Paper Size : A4.
5. Spacing : 1.5 Lines.
6. File type : MS Word(doc)2003,07.

• Selected papers will be displayed on website and also intimated through e-mail.
• The selected teams have to bring a soft copy of paper in CD or pen drive and 1 hard copies of paper on the day of presentation of paper.
• Each team will be given 8 minutes for presentation and an additional 2 minutes for queries.

MOVING / ADD MAKING

RULES :

1. Films must not exceed 10mins duration including the credits.( For add making 5 min.)
2. All scripts and films must be original work.
3. All films must be submitted in a playable format.
4. maximum members of 5 members.

POSTER PRESENATION

RULES :

1) Team of maximum 3 members is allowed.

2)The size of the poster should not exceed 3'x3'

3)The abstract should also contain their topic title and the names of the contestants along with  theircontact numbers and email id in the first page.
